Our operators, trained specifically for the orientation and protection of the victim of crime, offer free services such as initial listening and reception, psychological support (individual and group), information on rights and orientation to public and private services in the area as well as trial accompaniment.
The service is aimed at adults and minors who have suffered any type of crime, regardless of their age, gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, social and economic condition. The service also welcomes family members or cohabitants of victims who have suffered as a result of the crime, as well as "secondary" victims.
